Regular Meeting:
Mark Masinda called the meeting to order at 7:32.
Frank Kosowicz the owner of property located a 148 River Road was present to speak to the Board Members about the special exception process.
Mr. Kosowicz told the members that the previous tenant had moved out. A new tenant with a similar business had moved in. It is a small retail business, owner run.
M. Masinda stated that for the special exception to remain in place the business must be same type of business, no greater parking needs, no change to outside structure and have the same number of employee.
Board Members stated the Special Exception could be extended to the new tenants, Heidi Hope Chest.
Mr. Kosowicz also wanted to know if the Special Exception could be put into his name, so that new tenant would not have to go through the special exception process.
Board Members felt that they would have to get more information from staff before they could make a decision.

Discussion:
Discussion was held on the education training. M. Masinda asked if anyone was interested in going. Jerry Lopes stated he would like to attend.
The Bylaws were discussed, and question asked about the budget. S. Yorgensen would put the budget together.
Annemarie Poole made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Brian Semperbon seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
